The proposal aims to avoid the plight of the heavy vehicular traffic congestion daily increasing along the 1050m causeway, linking the city of Johor Bahru, Malaysia with Singapore. A suspended gesture, above the existing railway, will provide people the opportunity to reach the other bank of the river, walking in a confortable environment. Air conditioning, walkalators, retails and coffee shops will make the new direct route a pleasant transition; glazed bands along both lateral sides of the slightly flattened cylindrical volume, offer all the path length a belvedere over the river.
