ARCHITECTURE

Three high-rise service apartment towers develop nearby the bank of a river. The units are designed to maximize the key views of the site, while maintaining privacy and internal comfort, optimizing light and ventilation. Anodized aluminum ribs interrupt the compactness of the façade with engaging metallic reflections that suggest kinetic dynamism. The pattern, rhythmically alternating different lengths and thicknesses, contributes to animate the vertical expression.  A lush landscaped recreational podium with water-features, areas for events, parties and barbecues bonds moments between family and friends.
